|Recommended: YesPretty Solid — It is good so far not even a week in. I would mark what is missing from the room and be careful to not mess it up because I'm sure they are going to try and bone us. Still decent and I've had a good time so far.

|Recommended: YesImpressive So Far — Everyone has been chill and parking has been simple and easy. The rooms were cleaned sanitized really well, and besides what was already scratched or wrecked in small spots which I know is normal because it is an apartment that has been used before everything else has been solid. The other students and my neighbors are cool and respect all each other's privacy. The basketball court is really nice and fun to hoop meet people on. The pool seems relaxing and is actually really nice because it has numerous pools you can go in. Also plenty of chairs with pillows towls to go tanning when its hot out. Overall good so far

|Recommended: YesOk Place To Live If Full College Students — I enjoyed living here but I’m only a part time college student and work 40 hr weeks. So sometimes it’s hard to come home and it be loud and have a dirty living room kitchen with the roommates. But it’s a good first apartment when you first move out of your parents place or can’t afford a place of ur own.

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live, Great Staff, Annoying Basketball Court — I've genuinely enjoyed my time here, and I'd recommend it to anyone, especially to someone looking to live a bit further from campus. I've been here for 3 years, so that should speak to its quality as an apartment complex. I enjoy the pool and the other amenities, the community events that involve free food, and especially the staff as they are always very friendly and helpful. My main complaint would have to be the basketball court, as people like to go out there and play their music extremely loud and at odd hours. The sound isolation here is pretty bad, to the point where my roommates and I can even hear the ball bouncing. I wouldn't recommend choosing a building next to the basketball court or the pool area for these reasons, unless you're into that sort of thing. Aside from that, it's been a great place to live.
